Hello friends
Welcome to the first of two events to celebrate the rapidly approaching arrival of the XOX70! As was promised in the IC from way back when, the XOX has always been intended to be a platform for future development and evolution, and we would love nothing more than for you to help us with this growth.
We thus present to you the XOX BADGE DESIGN CONTEST
The Rules
- Entry is open to anyone (both in Australia and internationally) over the age of 18 (for legal reasons – sorry!)
- 1 design submission per user
- No copyrighted or trademarked content – we sincerely appreciate your creativity and originality
- By submitting your design, you understand and agree that it will be used for present and future commercial purposes and grant us the full rights to do so (Attribution-Share Alike CC BY-SA License)
How it works - important stuff must read

- Download design template pinned in the XOX Badge Design Contest channel
- Create your design
- Name your file ‘mydiscordusername_(2D/3D)’ (eg. mrnobody#2031_2D)
- Submit your single entry in the XOX Badge Design Contest channel
- Vote for your favorite designs that come through by emoting and showing your support in the associated chat channel
- Short listed designs will undergo manufacturing feasibility assessment
- After the end of the event (1st of February 2022) three unique designs will be chosen, with us making the final selection base on community votes
- These designs will then go on to be manufactured into our first drop of badges for the XOX, to be launched in stock later in the year
Technical details / requirements
- Your design can be presented as either a 2D drawing or 3D modification of the example files provided
- The acceptable submission file formats are PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, STL, STP
- For a shine through design, we require a minimum line width of 1.00 mm
- For a flat 2D design, there is no line width requirement, but coloring will be restricted to a single colour, with no infills
- Please see all attached files in the discord channel for the resources needed to complete your submission
Here’s the part you’re all waiting for – THE CONTEST PRIZE
- Winners will be announced in Discord and contacted via DM to be congratulated and have their shipping information collected
- Each of the three winners will receive:
- One of each of the badge designs produced from this contest (a total of three)
- A piece of lovely upcoming THOCC SUPPLY merch
- Standard worldwide shipping is included with your winnings
