Temporary US & Canada Shipping Suspension

Our shipping Partner has announced a temporary parcel service suspension to the US

From today (26th Aug 2025), we will not be able to dispatch any order destined for the United States due to their recent tariff announcement. We are expecting our shipping partner AusPost to reopen in the next couple of weeks. 

From AusPost as of 26th Aug:

United States of America
26 August 2025: As a result of recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and Puerto Rico, Australia Post will temporarily partially suspend postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.

This response is in-line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally. 

Update: 29th Sep - US shipping will resume in mid October (post vacation)

Our shipping Partner has announced a temporary parcel service suspension to Canada

From today (29th Sep 2025), we will not be able to dispatch any order destined for the Canada due to the Canada Post national union strike We are monitoring updates and will resume shipping as soon as it is open.

From AusPost as of 29th Sep:

29 September 2025: Due to national union strike action commenced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on 25 September 2025 (Canada Eastern Time), Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending items to Canada. 

As a result, Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of Monday, 29 September 2025.
